Trained in Sydney, Tony began his journey working in restaurants around Australia and soon started his international travels working in Malta, his families home town and across to USA where he also ran his very own wedding catering and function service in San Francisco California for 10 years. It was there he also trained as a florist and soon found himself working for celebrities and thus became his passion for the stars.
He returned to Australia, and began the idea of a menu with tributes to the movie stars and now with his final dream of launching Planet Tonywood in his new home the United Kingdom and over Europe.
Aussie chef Tony, has three other books ready for publishng a book on starting a buisness, a novel, and the re publishing of his first cook book 'who said you can't cook, try a bit of this and a bit of that'показать меньше
