Dr. Chernoh M Wurie was born in a small town called Kenema in Sierra Leone. He migrated to the United States in 1997 due to the senseless rebel war that plagued his country for over 12 years. Upon migrating to the United States, he expressed his interest in becoming a police officer to his family, they greatly supported him and advised him to complete his education prior to applying for the police department. He completed his bachelors in criminal justice with Radford University, his masters and Phd with Walden University. Between his bachelors and masters degrees, he applied with a prestigious police department and was accepted for employment. He has been a police officer for over eight years and an adjunct instructor for both Northern Virginia Community College and Strayer University. In addition, Dr. Wurie has been a police officer for over eight years and also serves as a crime scene technician and a crisis intervention team member within the department. On his spare time, he serves as a vice president and co-founder of barrels of hope international charity organization along with his wife and best friend, Jennifer M Wurie.показать меньше
