and white relations and from local and regional history to railroads. A volunteer since 1998 at Tahoma National Cemetery in Maple
Valley, Washington, he serves as Vice President of the Greater Maple Valley Veterans Memorial Foundation (a board position previously held by Storm McNeil) while teaching Military History of the United States at Tahoma Senior High School. Collins was raised in East Wenatchee, Washington, where he graduated from Eastmont High School in 1980. He holds a Master of Arts degree in History from Central Washington University in Ellensburg and a PhD in History from Washington State University in Pullman.показать меньше
