He continued to serve until he retired in 1988. Family ties took him to Killeen, Texas, also home to Fort Hood, where he penned “Paying It Forward” and “Paying It Forward: New Beginnings.” After over 30 years in Killeen, he returned to his roots in Vernon, where he resides today.показать меньше
