Cheryl’s first poetry prize came in the sixth grade and she has been writing poetry from that day. She resides in Concord, North Carolina with her husband, Gary and is the mother of three adult children and six grandchildren.
The Bunny Flu Flu book was inspired, in part, by observing her six grandchildren: Tommy, Brandon, Laurin, Zachary, Jaden and Jenay. When she’s not writing, Cheryl works with Redeemer’s Recovery Ranch, a non-profit ministry that offers hope and rehabilitation for women dealing with abuse issues. She enjoys spending time with family and is very involved with church activities. Cheryl is also the author of a volume of poetry entitled For His Glory, Christ-centered poems offering hope and inspiration.показать меньше
